Celebrating 71 Years of Giving

Seventy years ago, the Women of Johns Parish began the Christmas Shop as a fundraiser for Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Today proceeds still support the church and provide outreach funds for local charities. Back in 1948 many of the gift items for sale were homemade.

Today more than 25 vendors from all over the country come for a sponsor preview party and three fabulous days of sales, offering men’s, women’s and children’s fashions, jewelry, gardening books and tools, home décor, artwork, toys, soaps, and gourmet foods and more.

This year’s Christmas Shop dates are November 7, 8 and 9 at the Middleburg Community Center

November 7 & 8: Shops are open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

November 9: Shops are open from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Wednesday, November 6, is move-in day, starting at 10 a.m. The Preview Party for about 300 guests begins at 6 p.m. and runs until 9 p.m.

Check-out and move-out begins at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 9.
