49th Annual Bluemont Fair Announces Poster Design Winner
Organizers of the 49th ANNUAL BLUEMONT FAIR, to be held September 15 & 16, 2018, are pleased to announce the winner of this year’s poster design contest: Loudoun’s own, Anni Bryner.
The whimsical design, featuring a Holstein cow (reminiscent of Whitehall Farm’s dairy history) sporting a cluster of balloons and standing on a railroad track facing an oncoming steam engine train – with old fashioned cowcatcher – will grace the Bluemont Fair’s distinctive poster, T-shirt, and fair memorabilia.
Anni is the Art, Drama, and Toddler teacher at Village Montessori School in the heart of Bluemont. She resides in Round Hill with her husband, an assortment of rescued cats and dogs, and a mountain of half-finished paintings. In addition to teaching and painting, she also enjoys knitting socks, making baskets, and carving wooden spoons.
