Engelson’s mission is to help people be healthier and happier by way of nutrition, fitness, and mindset so they can be the best version of themselves and make their unique impact. Through her healing journey of a thyroid, autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s, Engelson said she stopped at nothing to find a healthy solution. Now, she helps hundreds of people retrain their mindset as a model of positive change and live a healthy, active lifestyle.
“I built this space to build a community. When you walk in you have my heart. I believe in building relationships and helping to achieve life goals. This is everything I want and more,” Engelson said.
Engelson said she has been an athlete her whole life, but never got the results she wanted. She was exhausted, in a brain fog, not a present parent to her now 11-year-old son. When she changed her nutrition and mindset, she changed her life.
“It’s amazing to feel energized all day without crashing,” she added.
