Watch the Northern Virginia Association of Rocketry NOVAAR Launch on Saturday, March 23 at Great Meadows, 5089 Old Tavern Road, The Plains. NOVAAR’s launches are open to all members. Non-members pay $1 per flight. NOVAAR provides both model rocket and high-powered launch equipment and has a permitted 4,500 foot flight waiver.
