Middleburg Sidewalk Sale

Middleburg Sidewalk Sale

Plenty of choices for eager shoppers.

Parking was scarce and the streets were lined with yellow balloons and festive signs as the annual Sidewalk Sale brought together merchants, volunteers and most of all bargain hunters to Middleburg.

The weather fully cooperated, with sunny skies and pleasant breezes to encourage shoppers to take advantage of the many options awaiting them. Merchants participating appreciated the enthusiastic response to their wares, as happy customers left carrying their newest treasures. The United Methodist Church grounds were packed with donated items sold to raise money for their steeple restoration project. Whether running into old or making new friends, smiles abounded! And yes, I didn’t go home empty-handed! ML
